Billie-Jean is a certified 500-hour RYT through Yoga Medicine®, with a focus on movement for longevity in life and in your sport.
Yoga and therapeutic movement for cross-training, injury prevention and recovery, or for anyone who wants their body to feel resilient and ready. Breathwork and mindfulness are at the core of every practice, in an environment built to nourish the nervous system.
